User Data Deletion

Crownpath Chess provides account deletion inside the game and by verified request.

Delete inside Crownpath Chess

Sign in to the Crownpath Chess account.
Open More, then Account & Sign In.
Select Delete account.
Type DELETE and confirm.

This removes the cloud player profile and disconnects Google, Facebook, or email sign-in links associated with that profile.

Request deletion by email

Email sterling.l.mcdaniel@gmail.com with the subject Delete My Crownpath Chess Account. Include the Crownpath player code and display name. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, Social Security numbers, payment details, or identity documents.

What may remain

Safety, anti-fraud, moderation, and legal records may be retained or anonymized when reasonably necessary. Public leaderboard entries and active room references are removed or refreshed after deletion.
